Clinical Services


The Clinic at St. John of God Community Services provides specialized, diagnostic, educational, therapeutic and vocational services to individuals with disabilities transitioning into preschool programs, as well as, special education school-aged students and adults. Individual Evaluations and/or Individual Therapy Sessions are available in a wide variety of disciplines, including:

  • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech/Language Therapy
  • Augmentative Communication Evaluations

More specialized services are also available, and include:

  • Sensory Integration Therapy
  • Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT Evaluation),
  • Floortime (Greenspan Approach) Evaluation
  • Therapy and Instruction for Students with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

Specialized Homebound Instruction

As provided by certified teachers in a student's own home on an hourly basis, plus social history by MSW or Evaluation by a LDTC.

Within Our Community Rehabilitation Program

Formal vocational assessment, job development, placement and coaching are available from our employment specialists.
