Classroom Assistant (1 on 1):  Full-time for non-ambulatory, elementary student (male).  Position provides assistance with personal hygiene and feeding, performs frequent lifting and positioning, and supports academic goals.  Contact Gaynelle Jarvis at ext. 131 to apply for this position.

 

ADMINISTRATION

Assistant Controller:  Part-time position (24 hours per week) to support general accounting, reporting, planning, and analysis functions for three non-profit corporations. Produces financial reports, maintains internal controls, assists in preparing budgets and special projects.  MS in Accounting or BS with CPA with 5 years for a non-profit with 3 years supervising accounting personnel. 

 

Building and Facilities Manager: Full time position to plan, direct and oversee the operation, repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities, equipment, buildings, and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency and accessibility.  Manages capital projects and related areas in agency’s strategic and expansion plans.  Prepares budgets.  Writes and implements related policies and procedures.  Supervises related staff.  Master’s degree in business administration preferred.

 

EARLY Intervention/Here We Grow

Billing Assistant:  Part-time position (10 hours per week) to process daily billing and invoices for EIP program and to provide clerical support to the Targeted Eval Team.  This position requires at minimum an intermediate level of Excel and MS Word.  Must be detailed oriented, have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work with regular deadlines.

 

Speech Language Pathologist: Full time position at the O’Shea Center in Pittsgrove serving families in the Salem/Cumberland County area.  CCC or CFY with NJ State license and NJ Board of Education License or eligibility is required. 

 

Special Education Teacher:  Full time position is for the Damien O’Shea Center providing home-based services for Salem/Cumberland County families.  NJ Board of Education License and early childhood development knowledge is required. 

 

On-Call Occupational and Speech Therapists:  Work available now with flexible scheduling and competitive pay  through either our Gloucester County or Salem/Cumberland County locations.  NJ License is required.
