Telecommunications System Upgrade Project
St. John of God Community Services has recently undergone a
complete upgrade of its telecommunications system at the
Westville Grove and Pittsgrove, NJ locations. This
telecommunications upgrade was made possible due to the
fundraising efforts of the Hospitaller Brothers of St. John
of God. The upgrade replaced our existing phone system, an
analog/digital PBX which was more than 15 years old, with a
new state of the art Avaya IP/Digital communications
management system which serves St. John of God Community
Services, Archbishop Damiano School, the Hospitaller Order,
the Hospitaller Brothers of St John of God and O’Shea
Children’s Center. As a result of the upgrade, all of
our telephone extensions have changed to 4-digit extensions
and the telephone system menu options have also changed.
Therefore, when calling our offices, please listen
carefully to the new menu options. If you need help at
any time, please dial “0” and our receptionist will be
happy to assist you.
