Alicia Gilbert is a Social Worker for St. John of God Community Services - Archbishop Damiano School.  She graduated from Rutgers University with her BSW/MSW and has been a Social Worker for 18 years.  She is licensed in the state of NJ as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and is currently in her second year of clinical supervision to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  She has her School Social Worker Certification, is a certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) and has a certificate in mindfulness.  She also has become a part-time lecturer teaching in the Social Work program at Rutgers.  She is a member of the Camden County Children’s Inter-Agency Coordinating Council (CIACC) ID/DD subcommittee and has participated in committees at St. John of God Archbishop Damiano School to work to continue to improve the resources, supports and services that are provided here.  Alicia enjoys sharing her skills and knowledge to provide caring support to students, their families, staff and the community.  Please contact her if you think you are in assistance or want to make a referral.
