Brother Thomas Osorio, OH

Prior of Westville

Executive Director

Growing up in The Bronx of New York, Brother Thomas Osorio, OH started on the path to the order after becoming a registered nurse in 1989. It was during this time that Brother Tom went to work for the Jeanne Jugan Residence, a nursing home ran by the Little Sisters of the Poor. It was his time with the Little Sisters that eventually led him to enter the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God in 1991 at Westville. From 1993-1997, Brother Tom served in Ireland, working at the St. John of God Hospital in Dublin, a resident day-services in Celbridge, and school/ day services in Kerry. Following his time in Ireland, Brother Tom then returned to Westville to take his First Vows. Since then, Brother Tom has served at St. John of God Community Services as a case manager, an assistant in Archbishop Damiano School, director of religious education, vocation director and director of postulance. In 2004, Brother Tom was named prior of Westville for a brief period, before going to study at Gwynedd Mercy University‎ for Administration and, later, for Human Development. Following the conclusion of his studies in 2010, Brother Tom was, again, named prior. In addition to serving as prior of Westville, Brother Tom also currently serves as executive director of St. John of God Community Services.

Brother Sean Mclsaac

Associate Services

St. John of God Community Services

Born and raised on the east coast of Canada, I entered the Order in Toronto Ontario in 1994. During these past 28 years I’ve had the privilege of serving our most vulnerable guests in several countries.  Returning to North America in 2016 and working on the vocations team I was appointed Director of Novices in 2018 and up till this past June was stationed in Albuquerque New Mexico. Today, as I settle into the ministry in Westville Grove, I pray for Gods blessings as I continue to journey with men discerning Gods gentle nudging for their life.
